We have set up our new UB04 claims using access e-forms and red forms. The eforms are working great. However, when printing a red UB04 form to an HP4200 printer, it works great for awhile and then inexplicably skips the first line and continues to skip a line for every form afterward until we refile in the electronic forms dictionary. This occurs randomly with no changes to the claims, electronic forms settings, or anything else we can identify. Has anyone run into this problem and have a solution or any ideas? We are 5.5.2 cs.
