Hi Deb,

This can be done in a report, but if you have Picis QM system, this would be great as a worksheet.  You could set it up as an occurrence search and have the system create worksheets automatically every night for you.  So each morning when you come in, the info on the patient is already there.  If you need more info or help on it, let me know. If you do have QM, I can send you some more specific info (how to set up the worksheet etc.).  Let me know!
Thanks!

I am looking for a report that will show patients with platelets that have decreased by 50% or more from baseline.   Baseline is established by the first lab draw on medical patients and on pre-admit labs for surgery patients.  Does anyone have an example of this?   We are Magic 5.6.

Thanks!
