We've using Access Eforms (www.accesseforms.com) very successfully for ALL of our forms(admissions, nursing, AP checks, UB04 and 1500 claims) for over 2 years now. No elf chips, just normal laser printers. We even print color forms as well out of Meditech. It can even print forms to file so our document imaging software can pick up it with no human intervention. Send one to printer for the patient/chart, and the other straight to disk.
