Our physicians have requested our organization to support the use of the EMR notes selection for documenting their daily progress notes. I was hoping to find an organization that has entertained this request and if so, what was the end result? Did you support this request? Did you have any compliance issues/concerns? What is the impact of having physicians document in the notes selection of the EMR and then move toward with PMO?
