Hello Meditech Users, We are in the process of implementing EDM with a live date of 08/07/07...so this is a question for EDM Users. We want to create a "Stand Alone" Form with an NPR Report attached that will print two Customer Defined Screens which are used to document Patient Discharge information/instruction & for Medication Reconciliation. We are having some trouble with the NPR Report. We are trying to build a report that includes both of these CDS's and all the queries that are on them. Do any of you EDM users have a sample NPR report that might be similar...and attached to a Form in the EDM Forms dictionary...that you would be willing to share?
