I have a QIP XML download NPR (run it and save file as .xml) available on both the Meditech report writer archive and the Iatrics NPR repository. They are listed under ABStracting, QIP.
Reports are well documented and should be easy to follow. The versions there do not include facility/physician NPI, so if your QIP coordinator requires, you will need to add that container and value to the report. HTH.
