Clinical Analyst
Responsible for supporting the Meditech system including training Hospital
employees on basic system functions, implement specific applications,
testing solutions and providing on-call support as needed.
* Develop, implement and deliver training (group and one on one) to Hospital
employees on Meditech functions.
* Provides support, including on-call support, to end-users and
troubleshoots all system issues. Develops workarounds and implements
effective solutions.
* Assist the IS Manager in implementation of Meditech applications and
upgrades. Stays current on industry changes and makes recommendations to
adapt and implement system changes to support those changes.
* Plays a key role in testing Meditech solutions, DTS's, upgrades and ring
releases.
* Interprets and successfully applies tasks assigned by the I.S. manager
