We are in the midst of our NUR implementation (Magic 5.5) and have a question about how others are handling Q15 min documentation of vital signs or restraints. A short time ago someone posted a similar question but a search of the archives does not turn up any responses. If someone is successfully documenting this in Meditech we would appreciate knowing how you are accomplishing this without it being too cumbersome for the nurses. Otherwise it seems we must remain on paper for vitals in ICU and for restraints in the behavioral health area. TIA.
