Hello experts,
Because I am the analyst for Pharmacy I am now being asked to justify why Pharmacy Revenue is dropping. Have you any of you had to explain this? If so what did you determine. Several of us are working on this and cannot determine why revenue is dropping from year to year. We charge by AWP markup. Several drugs are going generic so therefore the AWP is less and the patient charge is less. Have any of you found solutions that pertain to how the computer is charging?
