Ours seem to be working. But before answering these questions that are beginning to pop up, we need to know.... 1. Magic or CS ? 2. Preprinted RED forms? 2.a Pinfeed or plain paper (Red Forms) 3. Overlay? 3.a. From what vendor? 3.b. Did you scan your own form to make an overlay? 4. Are you using Meditech's Spooling "Form Dictionary" or "Electronic Form Dictionary"? There are many ways to slice this apple. Note there are different new Meditech "program" to print the UB04 and the new 1500. Do you have it entered where necessary? (It's been a long time since anyone had to touch this field. Have we forgotten about it?)
