You might try setting the default top margin on the misbehaving printers
to what you hope for.

Possibly the overlay or MT report is setting the printer to a default
top margin and that proves to be different on some.

 

If that fails, and you are MAGIC, you can send a top margin command at
the top of the report to force a particular margin.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Custom PO vertical margins.

 

We currently have a custom PO which has been printing fine for about 6
months on numerous printers.  Something has changed which causes the
report to print about a 1/2 line lower vertically on some but not all
printers.  When using Word and Windows, the preprinted form upon which
the NPR report is overlaid continues to print perfectly on all the
printers.  Any help or insight into how NPR handles margins would sure
be appreciated.  Thanks!
