We have had a request from our Plastic Surgeons to enter their patients into Meditech using an alias. We see problems with this feature but also recognize that there are a lot of folks out there who have access to confidential patients (LAB, RAD, Pt. Accounts, Medical Records, all clinical folks being just a few). How are folks in the Meditech world handling confidential patients. Any creative suggestions out there?
