We have a report that collects queries from a Discharge Instructions intervention that the nurse gives to the patient. Current workflow is that the staff document on the intervention and then go to a separate routine to print the NPR report. The request is to put a Y/N query at the bottom of the intervention's screen. If the staff are done documenting, the print can be requested from there.
The report crashes.. and the answer from Meditech is "symbol table overflow" We are running this from the status board.. to PI.. to the intervention's screen. Any suggestions out there???
