Are there any acute care facilities that document the exact volume of IV
fluid infused for each individual IV fluid order on-line? How do you
capture this information when I&O documentation is shared between RNs
and CNAs? Does anyone collect this information on a PHA/NUR MAR CDS
that is documented on during EMAR medication administration
documentation (when a new bag of IV fluid is hung)?

We are in the home stretch for eMAR and are looking for solutions to the
old IV Flow Sheet and looking towards documentation of drips and bolusis
in the critical care areas.
