Why do patient acuity is the real question. To get to the projected level you need to place frequency in any intervention you want counted. The other issue may be staffing. Will your facility staff according to your acuity levels or is it really already fixed to another system like number of patients per nurse or nurses per unit. Why is the first question. Mark Champion
