Title: Forward Advantage
We are C/S 5.5 SR2 and are using Forward Advantage for autofaxing of PO's to vendors as well as results to physicians. We are having some difficulties on the MM side with our vendors. Specifically, some of our vendors are complaining about the PO font size when the faxes are received by them. It seems it is significantly shrunk and unreadable.
Are there any other C/S sites willing to share if they are experiencing similar issues or sites that are not having issue who would be willing to talk so we can see if there is maybe a configuration issue on our side that is causing problems where the po's are being distorted upon transmission? Thanks in advance for any feedback!
