My suggestion would be to create a webpage that looks to a database for its content. We are discussing trying to send out some type of communication on a daily or weekly basis. One possible delivery method for this information could be a single page newsletter. The information will also be available on our intranet. We are struggling with how to get the content from managers on a "letter" without having managers sending individual elements to a central clearing house. Perhaps we could make a template where all people with rights could update the template. This also has a matrix of issues associated with it that would be hard to manage. My question is do any of your organizations have a nice process or tool you use to deal with managing the communications content process?
