I use a product called Constant Contact (www.constantcontact.com) to generate our monthly newsletter. It is scheduled to e mail to a list of addresses. We archive the newsletters by placing copies of some of the newsletters on our web site. Click here to see samples of some of my newsletters http://home.caregroup.org/templatesnew/links/cat_out.asp?pageid=6737. This asp can be used by IS or other departments. You don't need to know how use HTML, but you can use it if you are familiar with the language. There are templates to get you started. Please let me know if you have any questions. The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com ====================================== We are in the process of trying to improve our process of communication throughout our organization. We are discussing trying to send out some type of communication on a daily or weekly basis. One possible delivery method for this information could be a single page newsletter. The information will also be available on our intranet. We are struggling with how to get the content from managers on a "letter" without having managers sending individual elements to a central clearing house. Perhaps we could make a template where all people with rights could update the template. This also has a matrix of issues associated with it that would be hard to manage. My question is do any of your organizations have a nice process or tool you use to deal with managing the communications content process? Please contact my manager, Jim Dahl, with any comments or questions you have. [EMAIL PROTECTED] 920-568-5135 Thanks for your help. Jill S.
