What have you done at your facility when you need to change a CDS screen for the NUR documentation?
*You have to keep the old CDS to be able to view old documentation.
*Do you need to keep it attached to the intervention?
*Do you need to do a renumber of the intervention in order to keep the old CDS.
*Or is it just enough to have the CDS attive but not attached to anything anymore?
