As Jimmy noted below, we will be eligible to purchase on 340B contracts April 1, and hope that there is someone out there who has already invented the reporting wheel so that we might plagiarize the process. We would be MOST grateful to get some insight on how to develop Meditech reports that will help us determine the quantities that we may purchase on the 340B contract. Ideally (I THINK) it would pull the dispensed quantities for all out-patient dispensing, take the purchasing data from the drug dictionary and convert to purchasing units. In addition, we would like to develop a mechanism for carrying over partial units to the next month, for addition to that month's usage. Is this a pipe dream or is it doable?
