I see no scrollbar on my html page into which I've put the provided embed code.
So no way to scroll down. No way to get to the controls.
Here's the html of my simple page I'm using to test:

Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong (that your average user isn't going
to do, too)?
I've tested in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome (all on mac).
