Hi all,
We're working through our backup plan for Matterhorn, which involves
taking backup recordings from our Ki Pro system
(http://www.aja.com/en/products/ki-pro/#overview) and encoding media
files for multi-file upload to Matterhorn. However, we've tried a few
different encoding formats, all of which fail during "preparing
presenter audio and video work version". I could give you the errors,
but instead of troubleshooting those, what we'd really like is a list of
supported encoding formats and specs for uploading. I can't find that
anywhere in our wiki. Is it possible to put together? Or can anyone
share specs that they know will work?
