hi,
I've had this problem also since a while now, but also remember that it
worked before, months ago. I don't have any clue what changed, since my
setup is the same.
Your tip is indeed necessary, but for me personally: not fixing.
Also adding other irc-ports like 6666 and 6668 (which I use) as 'ports'
argument to ip_masq_irc is not fixing the problem.
I hope someone can give the solution to this, 'cause not being able to dcc
send is not nice ;)
