Typo.
My Mtu is 1024, my MRU is 4096 (from /etc/ppp/options)
For my provider, it seems to work well. I have tried various sizes from 576 to
1500 for my MTU, and 1024 performs adequate.
As far as "how" do i know I am locked at 115200?
Easilly,
I do the "yahoo" test.
I go to : http://www.yahoo.com/new/
Select one of the days, say something that has more than 500 new entries,
and then select "complete list".
When I am downloading this list, I average about 10k/s. So My ports must be
locked atleast 57600 or higher.
