Wow! This one little bit of advice appears to have solved all my
connection problems. This should DEFINATELY get put into the HOWTO,
post-haste. It isn't listed (at least, I didn't see it), and confused
beginners such as myself would really benefit from it. I have yet to test
Quake 2, but everything else appears to work just fine now. Long Live
