Are you sure the /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall script is running?
Try running it again and make sure you don't get ANY errors.
See if you are forwarding packets. On the Linux box, run:
cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
Make sure it says "1". Thats numeral ONE.
