I'ld be looking at NT being at fault if I were you...
Can you ping the NT box from Linux?
Can you ping any OTHER machines on your LAN from Linux?
If the latter is true, then Linux has no problems...

Can anybody tell me why I am getting timeout when my internal machine (NT)
is pinging my masq Linux server. Below is the list of testing I have made:
