There is a ALPHA version of the ip_masq_ftp module that will
allow this. Its on http://ipmasq.cjb.net. Please note that
it isn't supported by the Linux community (yet) nor do many
people have any experience with it.
Regaring your Squid question, you'll have to ask that
on a Squid list.
