This is discussed in the IP-MASQ-HOWTO. There is a
special IP_MASQ_FTP module for the 2.0.x kernels to
do exactly like you want but nothing for 2.2.x kernels.
Fortunately, there is a test version for the 2.2.4
kernels that might work for you. If you are interested,
I'll email it to you.
