Ha! This is a joke. Yes Lenin did recognize the right of UKRAINE'S right to self-determination and in 1919 they reversed the previous Bolshevik government's attempt at Russification. Putin noted this to criticize Lenin, not to praise him. He BLAMES Lenin for inventing Ukraine. Putin has written many times and never once mentioned the right of self determination whatsoever. Abraham's attempt to amalgamate Putin and Lenin is as sad it is laughable. > > > > As for the People’s Autonomous Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, there is > not a word here. > > I addressed this years ago. Where have you been. Sudetenland anyone? The Germans in then Czechoslovakia also voted for Abschluss with Nazi Germany. So did Austria. The Bonapartist referendums were nonsensical since none but Crimea included the whole Oblasts. No campaigning against Russian Abschluss was allowed. Your absolutist view, for polemical reasons, of "Self-determination" is undermined by your false analogy with the Zionist state.
