Hi :) Ahh, just seen the announcement :) T-shirts sounds like better prizes to me for something like this. The t-shirts are much more unique and personal.
My main points were; 1. Having some "place holder" to invite users to contribute their own templates 2. "allowing" non-US templates to be entered, without making it too obvious that it is allowed.
