Hi :) I don't think there is an adequate English expression. "Filling Station" is fairly uncommon but implies "Petrol Station". Usually people try to avoid filling-up their usb-sticks. So, the name you suggest might make people curious to find out more.
Errr, it might be good to capitalise the "S" to make the title all in title-case.
