Here are some examples. We are downloading the original files from Salesforce, and using the mantis API to attach them to mantis tickets. As I've said this used to work fine. Not really sure where the disconnect is. This is an example list of files. When i check the types in linux I see this: mysyslog-info.txt: ASCII text, with very long lines, with no line terminators cut-off-log-example.txt: ASCII text, with very long lines, with no line terminators xyz.jar: ASCII text, with very long lines, with no line terminators mysyslog.log.gz: ASCII text, with very long lines, with no line terminators Obviously these should be data files or regular ascii text of some type. the txt files may be for notepad, but nothing opens any of these files anyway. They look like pure data. All of the mantis attachments coming from the other system are messed up. However, they may be viewed correctly in salesforce. Attachments manually added to the mantis issues are fine. I was just wondering if there was a setting or something that could corrupt it. Additionally, the data in the mantis_bug_file_table seems normal. See the attached file. Thanks again in advance.KM

I just found out that as of about a year ago attachments to the mantis issues don't open. They say they are corrupt or too large. These attachments are downloaded via the mantis web services API from another trouble tracking system, and automatically attached to the issues. This always worked in the past. Any idea what to look at first? I did download the attachment from mantis to my local PC and I could NOT open it. This leads me to believe it is the actual downloading process. just wondering why it would stop working this may. We are currently on mantis 1.2.19. Any thoughts are appreciated.KM
