FYI - the plug in manager link still appears in the bar across the top of my new version and it goes to a dead link/or page that no longer exists. I linked the real page to the old name for now so it is not a dead link.
I couldn't find anywhere that we were setting a configurable property to show it or anything. Should it be in the bar at the top in 1.2.16? I assume you are referring to the plugins at http://deboutv.free.fr/mantis/(note - site appears to be down atm) If that's the case, please note that these are *not compatible* with MantisBT 1.2. Do *not* install or try to use the "plugin manager". You can get info about the new plugin system in 1.2 in the admin guide, find numerous plugins on our wiki [1] and Github [2] and some in our bugtracker. This is not an exhaustive list. Finally, information on how to write your own plugins is in the developers guide.
