I will look. I found the link to the plugin manager through the manage page,
but I did not find any mention of it in the administration guide for 1.2.x.
Still can't figure out why my graphs do nothing. :-(
Additionally, I did notice however that the original plugins manager link is on
the bar at the top of the page. Are we causing that with some variable setting
that I cannot find? it is a dead link to the old plugins page.
I will continue to plod along. I used to upgrade mantis all the time in my
previous position and never had a single issue. :-(

I assume you are referring to the plugins at
http://deboutv.free.fr/mantis/(note - site appears to be down atm)
If that's the case, please note that these are *not compatible* with
MantisBT 1.2. Do *not* install or try to use the "plugin manager".
You can get info about the new plugin system in 1.2 in the admin guide,
find numerous plugins on our wiki [1] and Github [2] and some in our
bugtracker. This is not an exhaustive list. Finally, information on how
to write your own plugins is in the developers guide.
