Hello,

We're experiencing a major and unexplained deliverability issue with our
emails to iCloud servers. We have dedicated IPs, and over 90% of them seem
to be affected by a block.

We've already opened a ticket with Apple Support (Case-ID: 15170702), but
the issue remains unresolved. We were initially advised to have our server
provider reach out to make some changes, but due to their policies, they
are unable to.

After finally getting a response on our thread while CC'ing in our server
provider, we were simply directed to this page:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137. This hasn't been helpful, as the
page's advice doesn't apply to our situation with a widespread block on our
dedicated IPs.

We would be very grateful if an iCloud representative could contact us
urgently to resolve this issue.
