Just catching up on this.

https://www.mailop.org/ does have a little bit of information about mailtaining mail servers. I was hopeing to add more at some point but haven't got around to it (although I do have around 100 emails on this list saved to look at).

The site is writen in hugo and has a git repo so it might be possible to make the site more public and people could submit pull requests with updates etc.

I think the collection of tools and resources would quickly become too large to be useful as a monthly posting. How about a FAQ or Wiki so search engines can find it? I think a monthly diff against last month to announce new info would be quite interesting.

It's the software that Wikipedia uses so if you've edited Wikipedia entries,
you know how to use it.
