[mailop] SURBL contact?

Does anyone on the list know anyone at SURBL, or is anyone at SURBL on 
this list? A customer of ours at MXroute has his domain blacklisted on 
there. They don't give a reason, won't remove it, and I can't open a 
ticket with them because one was already opened. I've never run into 
issues with SURBL before so I'd really like to not pull any influence 
they have from our systems, I figured reaching out on here would be my 
last resort before doing so.
