Are you sending to M365/Exchange Online tenants, or Hotmail/Outlook.com accounts? if it's consumer facing use https://olcsupport.office.com/ to put in a ticket.
If it's EXO tenants, you may need the assistance of one or your partners who host their mail there to put in an internal ticket within their tenant for the issue. They will get a more dedicated response. Is the domain endil.de? Your domain has no DMARC record. Is this server sending only business email? Marketing? Bulk? Have nay compromised accounts lately? Do you have any other domains you send through this server? That’s very annoying to hear there is no block and to receive with every send email a bounce where is write “access denied. Blocked”. Maybe here is a Microsoft contact or someone has a Microsoft direct who can help?
