Are you sending to M365/Exchange Online tenants, or Hotmail/Outlook.com
accounts? if it's consumer facing use https://olcsupport.office.com/ to put in
a ticket.

If it's EXO tenants, you may need the assistance of one or your partners who
host their mail there to put in an internal ticket within their tenant for the
issue. They will get a more dedicated response. Is the domain endil.de? Your
domain has no DMARC record. Is this server sending only business email?
Marketing? Bulk? Have nay compromised accounts lately? Do you have any other
domains you send through this server? Make sure all domains have SPF and DMARC
records.

Dear all,

The Microsoft demicery team wrote me round about 36 hours before now, that
they mitigated the IP address and that it should work now. It still does not
work. I send all bounce emails to del...@microsoft.com like it was written in
the bounce mail. I filled out the Formular for remove block, the support wrote
me „there is no block for this IP but every mail is still bouncing. I send them
screenshots of the error message and logfile messages. And they told me they
will ask the de-escalation team but I did not hear anything since 24 hours and
it still not works.

Any hints for me what I can do now? That’s very annoying to hear there is no
block and to receive with every send email a bounce where is write “access
denied. Blocked”.

Maybe here is a Microsoft contact or someone has a Microsoft direct who can
help?

Best Tobias

Dear Faisal,

thanks for the idea. I understand it would be better to send the IP. Next time
I will do this! The IP is 95.216.201.219 for this IP the rDNS has only one
hostname. I now got feedback from Microsoft, that they implemented some
mitigation for this IP and this need 24-48 hours to be replicated. So I hope,
that it will start working in the next days again.

Thanks for your help.

Best, Tobias

It actually has more than one hostname, another poster here mentioned
having issues too. Removing one of the hostnames the rDNS of the IP
points to may fix the issue.
