Hello everyone,

A server that I manage is currently on a Microsoft blocklist for unknown
reasons. If you do exactly what Microsoft says in the bounce e-mail: “Forward
this error message to del...@microsoft.com” then this e-mail also bounces again
with “Access denied”. By the way, it's a great idea to apply exactly the same
rules to an address where you should report problems.

This is of course not very helpful and the SNDS portal only says that you are
not on any blocklist. You can also report the case to Microsoft, but then you
get back “Rejected because you violate standards”. It is unclear which ones.
And when you ask, you end up with the de-escalation team, which doesn't respond
within 24 hours. Great thing. And now? Does anyone have any tips for me?
