Check Alpine's instructions at that screen:

If you see a code, copy it and then press 'C', and enter
the code at the prompt. If you do not see a code, copy the url of the
page you were redirected to and again press 'C' and copy
and paste it into the prompt.
You need to hit 'C' and paste in the token from the localhost URL.
It's not *smooth*, but it works.
