Hi,

We recently had some IPs blocked on the Proofpoint site and I submitted a 
ticket at the time to delist them.  Ever since then looking up any of those 
same IPs on https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/ returns a message that says...

"An error occurred

Duplicate Ticket found and still unresolved for IP x.x.x.x"

I can look up other IPs fine.

Is anyone from Proofpoint on the list able to help solve that as I need to look 
at a new issue and cannot.
