Yep - I recently started getting debt collection emails to a Gmail I don't give out (only used for Google stuff). I've had the Gmail account since the beta days, so I don't believe anyone else has ever had this email address. The debt collection emails are for a cell phone account with a carrier I've never used. And there's no "unsubscribe" or "this is not me"... so it's pure spam.
