Well, I do use reject_unknown_sender_domain (however recently I temporarily
turned that off due to some issue with legit emails, and I basically don't
experience spam from domains that don't exist), but was actually not aware
that it rejects null MX too... thought it only rejects domains that have no
A or MX records at all... Thanks for letting me know :)

reject_unknown_sender_domain is not in the default, but I agree, it's easy
enough to turn on.
