Google has clearly said that IPv6 mail has to be authenticated. Add
DKIM
signatures and you'll have a lot more success.

Like many other people here, I send lots of mail to Google via my IPv6
HE tunnel
with no trouble.
Some is OK, some is not, YMMV.
