The account in question was told they need to clean up their act about 4 weeks ago. A week later we saw their overall sending volume drop by more than 66%. Bounces and spam report percentages dropped. That data, along with some unscientific subject line analysis, it is clear that they have made significant positive changes to their sending. Clearly they still have work to do. We appreciate the continued communication, and we will continue to push them to close this abuse vector on their service.
