Your whois program thinks that -- not entirely wrongly, the /8 once was entirely managed by RIPE NCC but islands have been carved out for other regions -- time to update its configuration or replace it ...

Granted OVH didn't document (via SWIP/rwhois/RDAP) that 55.200 was reassigned to a customer. Do they even have a way for a customer receiving to request pubication -- I do not know, but it isn't surprising that they don't absent their customer requesting they do so.
