Yes. It's not that IPv6 is low quality, it's that there isn't a lot of v6 senders running MTAs that haven't been updated since the 1990s so there's little reason to accept mail that isn't fully authenticated. If you send from v6 at all, you should go to the effort to get all of the authentication bits right, rDNS, SPF, and DKIM. DMARC is optional although it's interesting to get the reports about what other people are seeing from you. If you can't do that, just keep sending from v4 until you can.
