I have sent a 'reset' request. The form's followup says they'll 'continue' to gather statistics about this IP, which reinforces that they already have statistics. I do hope they're willing to reveal details, but I don't have my hopes up. I'll send email to 'postmaster', to ask for a working link to whatever FAQ they have.
