I can't tell you why cloudmark is blocking Linode, only why I do: Statistically, almost every one of the e-mails received here coming from their servers was spam - I don't know whether the Linode servers were compromised or regularly rented by the spam senders. I don't return a 550 error but 450 (unless other spam signs are present) so I have an opportunity to whitelist if it seems reasonable, but initially mail from your site would be rejected, too. In your case, the IP does have a proper reverse DNS, not a generic li123-456.members.linode.com (good), isn't registered through namecheap, domaincontrol or cloudflare who are often used by spammers to conceal their identity (good), seems to have some web content that seems to be of use to a limited group of users but does not look like a freshly installed CMS or fake site (good). I'd be inclined to give it a pass. But this took a bit longer than cloudmark is probably willing to investigate individual IPs, and they are most likely not willing to discuss the fuzzy reasoning of their reputation mechanism with potential spammers. Their reset-request page is probably the only way of telling them "please make an exception, I'm ok".
